Yes. All your data is stored locally on your device. Sub37 Labs does not operate a server that stores your data and has no access to your numbers. iCloud sync is enabled by default when you are signed in with an Apple ID — your data is then encrypted and stored in your personal iCloud account. You manage this via iOS Settings → your name → iCloud → ZumFlo. More details are available in our privacy policy.

Yes. After downloading, you get 14 days of free access to all features. No account or credit card required to get started. After the trial, you choose whether to continue with ZumFlo Standard or Pro.

Your subscription is managed through your Apple ID. Go to iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → ZumFlo. There you can cancel or switch plans. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current period. Your data stays on your device and is not deleted.

Both plans offer the full daily calculation, insights, and PIN integration. Pro adds accounting integration with Moneybird, advanced exports for your accountant, multilingual reports, and unlimited work locations. Standard supports up to 2 locations.

Yes. ZumFlo works fully standalone. The integrations with SumUp, PayPal POS and Moneybird are optional — without a connection you enter amounts yourself and the calculation works the same. Connecting your card terminal does offer advantages: automatic processing of transactions across your working days, error-free recording of tips and direct calculation of transaction fees. That reduces manual work and the chance of input errors.

Yes. Your data is automatically synchronised via iCloud between your Apple devices with the same Apple ID. You manage this via iOS Settings → your name → iCloud → ZumFlo.
